Every design on Only Snoots is drawn by hand by independent artists who live with sighthounds - not generated by algorithms, not trained on stolen work, not "AI-enhanced." We believe dogs with such expressive faces deserve art with soul.

**How it works:** Browse cards by occasion or breed, personalise with our canvas editor (add your own dog photos, custom text, and choose fonts), then send as a free ecard or order a premium printed card. Printed cards are produced on-demand in the UK on premium card stock. Free standard delivery when you buy 3 or more cards. Orders can be cancelled within one hour of purchase before production begins.

**For artists:** We run an open artist programme. Independent sighthound artists earn a fair percentage on every sale. We handle printing, delivery, and customer service. Interested artists should get in touch via our contact page.

- **Standard Delivery**: £1.50, 3-5 working days, tracked, Royal Mail
- **Economy**: £0.99, 5-10 working days, untracked, Royal Mail
- **Free Delivery**: Buy 3 or more printed cards and get free Standard delivery
- **Area**: UK-wide delivery only (international shipping coming later in 2026)
- **Production**: Print-on-demand in the UK, 1-3 days handling time

## Returns Policy

- **Customised/personalised cards**: No returns or refunds (Consumer Rights Act 2015 exemption for personalised goods)
- **Damaged/defective items**: Contact within 14 days with photos for replacement or full refund
- **Order cancellation**: 1-hour grace period to cancel for full refund before production begins
